About Feasibility Plus
Whenever you look at buying a property or properties it is important to know how that acquisition with affect your cashflow – both now and in the coming years. We have developed Feasibility Plus (single property) and Portfolio Plus (multiple properties).
The core of the software is the property and it’s relevant income, expenses, depreciation etc. We can the marry this up with a range of:
- Contacts – to go further with the acquisition
- Buyer Groups – maximise tax benefits of the buying group
- Variable Sets – see how the different variables affect the cashflow/tax benefits of the purchase
Having entered the various data options, we can view both the Summary overview to check our data is correct and then view the 5 Year Feasibility.

With the click of a button, we can easily see how the purchase can be affected by:
- A lower/higher deposit
- Lower/higher interest rate
- Shorter/Longer loan period
- Interest Only or Principal & Interest loan
- Change buyer options/marginal tax rate (Buyer Set or in a Company)
