Hi I’m Ian the founder of Bismark Brokers Investment Club. I started selling investment properties in 1980 and held some of the first seminars on negative gearing.

Over that time I have sold many hundreds of investment properties to people from all possible backgrounds.

Now, I want to create a vehicle that does not SELL investments but helps people BUY properties and other opportunities in a way not usually available to the smaller investor.
